By using ResumeAI you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

ResumeAI helps you analyse and rewrite your resume and write cover letters using AI. Outputs are suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing them and for the accuracy of anything you send to an employer. We do not guarantee interviews, offers or any ATS score outcome.

Your account and content

• You must be 18 or older and give accurate information.
• You own your resume content. You allow us to process it only to provide the service to you.
• Upload only your own resume or one you have permission to use. Do not upload unlawful content or attempt to misuse or overload the service.
• Do not use the service to claim qualifications, employers or experience you do not have.

Credits and payments

• Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Credits are added after your payment is confirmed. Features use credits as listed on the pricing page. Plans and packs are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically.
• If a generation fails, the credits used are returned to you.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Availability and changes

We may change or discontinue features, and may update prices for future purchases. We aim for reliable service but do not promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost job opportunities.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or abuse the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India will have jurisdiction.
